Gaitan Psychotherapy

Gaitan psychotherapy provides therapy to clients dealing with anxiety, trauma, stress, and life transitions, and is committed to breaking the stigmas around mental health.

Challenge: 

Having recently transitioned to starting her practice, she wanted to create a presence that attracted clients and evoked a calm, open, and approachable atmosphere. Her purpose is to invite clients to express themselves freely and feel welcome to show up as they are without fear of judgment.

Solution: 

We designed a logo that merged the letter G from her name and a speech bubble, drew inspiration from her happy place, the beach, and developed a color palette that balances the calm and vibrant energies the beach elicits while embracing its openness. I paired a serif and a sans serif font to create an air of established yet modern and confident. Every step was taken to ensure clients feel welcome and in safe hands.

Implementation: 

With her services being virtual, we focused our efforts on building a website that was informative, intuitive, and not cluttered. We paired the visuals with copy that would speak to clients and calm them, even from the initial impression of the site, and begin to build the trust needed to embark on their journey of healing with Gaitan Psychotherapy as their guide.

Outcomes: 

Her audience's warm reception was evident by the significant uptick in bookings, with her opening filling up within a month of launch. This was achieved by attracting clients, including other therapists, to seek her services. She received testimonials from clients who expressed how the site immediately calmed them and reassured them after visiting multiple sites and profiles; they had found their therapist.
